Event description

Pan-fried pork buns or 生煎包 are a yum-cha classic. Savoury and juicy on the inside, fluffy and soft on the outside, crispy and golden on the bottom. They are a textural sensation and moreish as all heck!

Traditionally eaten for breakfast, but is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner! It would also be an impressive starter to any dinner party!

Part 2: How to make the bun dough, pork filling and wrap the bun.

Part 3: How to cook the buns traditionally and to suit your taste!
