Tour of Pancratia Hall Lofts Tour

Join AIA Colorado Denver members for a tour of Pancratia Hall Lofts, on the campus of Colorado Heights University.

Pancratia Hall Lofts is an adaptive reuse of a 1930 National Register historic landmark on Denver’s Loretto Heights campus, delivering 74 deeply affordable units (30–80% AMI). The project blends historic preservation—creating unique apartments in an historic chapel, gymnasium and chemistry labs, restoring stained glass, terrazzo floors and vaulted spaces and replacing historic windows with compatible, energy efficient, operable windows—with free EV charging stations, electric demand-management system, modern all-electric HVAC systems and the building is 100% powered by off-site community solar, setting a new standard for sustainable, equitable housing. Developed by Hartman Ely Investments and Proximity Green, this project was recently named the Influence Award Winner at the 2026 ULI Colorado Impact Awards.
