Access to the conference live stream is via Zoom, however, the link will not work until shortly prior to the conference start time. You use this link to dial straight in to the webinar for the day. You can arrive at any stage, and while you will be visible and active in the chat, you won't be visible on screen.

We want to ensure that you have all the necessary information to make the most of your conference experience. Please take a moment to review the final details below.

Conference Schedule:

The conference will take place on Saturday 26th August, from 9am - 7pm.

You will be attending online. You will receive your attendee link 24 hours prior to the event, so please keep an eye on your emails!

We have an exciting lineup of keynote speakers and engaging workshops scheduled throughout the conference. You can find the detailed schedule and session information on our official conference page:

The day program will finish at 5pm, at which time a one hour break will take place in the live-stream. At 6pm the Awards Ceremony will commence, however the livestream will remain offline until around 6.08pm, as we have a group of primary school students performing and do not have broadcast consent for this segment.

During the day, meal breaks will not be live-streamed, but the webinar will continue to remain active. During the webinar, you will be able to interact with us via the Chat function, however other delegates will not be able to see you on screen.

2. Roundtable sessions

The Roundtable sessions will also be made available to our digital attendees via Zoom.

Four consecutive roundtables will run online, and while attendees are not able to personalise their selections, we can guarantee the four digital roundtables will be high impact and useful. You can ask questions of the speaker in the chat.

In this session exclusive to our online participants, Sarah Langston from Leura PS P&C Association will walk us through their P&C Association's journey to completing its inaugural Disability Inclusion Plan and explain how your P&C can better meet the diverse needs of your community.

Learn how to get the word out about your P&C Association and school community in this interactive session with journalist and P&C Federation Communications Manager, Phyllis Stylianou.

Knowing the Rules: How to Run your P&C

Liga Hegner, P&C Federation Board Member since 2021 walks you through your Constitution, running meetings, and your governance obligations.

P&C Federation membership: The best asset your association isn’t fully utilising

Member Services Manager, Gemma Quinn, will unpack the range of services available to your P&C Association as part of membership of the P&C Federation, and answer your specific questions about the ins and outs of operating a P&C.
