About the Panel

Join us for a focused conversation on producer and engineer pathways beyond traditional record-making. Exploring how today’s creatives expand into content, scoring, live production, education, partnerships, entrepreneurship, and brand building.

Moderated by Mentor Academy cofounder Ron Haryanto (formerly Studios 301), this session brings together three creatives who are already working across these multihyphenate careers:

Charlton Hill from Uncanny Valley, who bridges music, tech, storytelling and commercial creativity.

Lewis Mitchell, an engineer and producer who shapes hybrid roles across records, artist support and mentoring.

Natasha Newling (RAYHAB), who blends engineering, production, songwriting and performance into a fully realised creative path.
