About the Event

So many of us are trying to do the right things for our health- we eat well, we keep active, we follow advice online, but somehow it still feels like something’s missing. Women’s health can be confusing, and most of the time we’re left piecing it together on our own. From hormones to heart health, pelvic floor to bone strength, nutrition to inflammation, it’s rarely just one thing.

Papaya Conversations is a community event designed to cut through the noise. Think of it as a night where you can ask the questions you’ve always wanted to, listen in on open discussion, and hear from a team who actually looks at the whole picture: your body, your hormones, your movement, your lifestyle.

It’s interactive. You’ll hear short presentations, but most importantly, you’ll have the chance to ask anything in our panel discussions.
