Paper Art: Beautiful Cards with Cherie

This event has passed Buy Tickets

Event description

In this class, we will be making a set of 1950’s inspired cards and gift tags that will remind you of the era of these bygone times and their fashions.

You will be supplied with a pack that includes: a card, envelope & swing tags that have been pre-dyed to give them a distressed and watermarked look and dyed in a pastel palette as well as everything you need to create your own vintage designs like ephemera, lace, ribbons, buttons, sewing patterns and sparkly bits to create your designs from.

This is a lovely way to add a personal touch to your gift giving, while having fun in the process.

All materials provided, just come and have fun!

What will we cover?

In this hands-on we will cover:

  • How to dye your cards
  • Organising your designs

  • This class is very much hands on making of the cards.

      Who will be teaching?

I have been in love with paper crafting ever since my friend made me some recycled paper stationery for Christmas back in the early 90's. Since then I have been obsessed and have explored many  paper crafts from Papermaking, Journal & Photo Album Making and currently vintage paper crafts. I teach classes so to stay in touch, sign up to my Newsletter or follow me on Facebook / Instagram (links can be found on my website) https://pixiepapercompany.com.au/
