Darren Simpson is a renowned papermaker who has been honing his skills in the traditional practices of handmade paper since 1996, making high quality paper that is sought after around the world. Practising out of the old Maker’s Centre in Burnie, we’re thrilled that the new home for Creative Paper is Wynyard.

Throughout winter, join us for weekly paper making sessions where you will learn a range of skills and practices from embossed paper, to booklet making, and incorporating found materials into paper.

Anyone under 15yrs old must be accompanied by an adult.
