Description

Experience the heart of an authentic Italian Sunday dinner—made completely from scratch.

Join Chef KP for an immersive, hands-on cooking class where you’ll create fresh egg pasta using traditional techniques. From mixing and kneading your own dough to rolling and cutting beautiful ribbons of pappardelle, you’ll learn every step of the process while gaining the confidence to recreate it at home.

While your pasta dough rests, we’ll build a rich, slow-simmered Sunday ragu featuring beef, Italian sausage, tomatoes, fresh herbs, and aromatic vegetables. You’ll learn how simple ingredients transform into one of Italy’s most beloved comfort foods through proper technique and layering of flavor.

Whether you’re brand new to pasta making or looking to sharpen your skills, this class is designed to be approachable, interactive, and packed with professional tips you can use long after class is over.

Come ready to get your hands covered in flour, enjoy an unforgettable meal, and leave with new skills, printed recipes, and plenty of leftovers.
