The year is 3026. Welcome to Orbit City, the home of the Jetsons. Where flying cars are the norm and your apartment is so high off the ground you can see the clouds below. 

Why jumping Jupiter! We’ve just received word that famed entertainment hub The Neon Belt is sending in their latest and greatest robotic burlesque troupe to showcase what their humble metropolis is all about. Broadcasting live to a stage near you, transmitted in glorious technicolour, we present, the Atomic Cheesecake troupe 🤖

Ready to broadcast your playful robot persona? Join Jade and Bee as we curate a roboting popping, troupe of cheek and Cheesecake. 

We're looking for people who love dancing and are ready to embrace this character! 

This is an open-level class and will be adjusted to suit all levels of dance ability but expect to level up your cheesy character skills and learn a fun blend of classic cheesecake burlesque and modern robotic style!

This is an 18+ class that will involve striptease elements.

The troupe takes visual inspiration from classic animated sit-com The Jetsons and 1950s-60s Space-Age Modernism. Think geometric silhouettes, A-line mini dresses with matching coloured tights, white gloves and triangular collars. 

Please note costuming is extra to the course cost and will be discussed in week 1.

This performance course will feature in an upcoming production on Saturday 25th July 2026.

This is an 8-week course with rehearsals on Sunday mornings in Marrickville.*

*minimum 6 out of 8 rehearsals must be attended in order to be ready to perform, if for any reason you are unable to attend the minimum requirement, additional rehearsals will be arranged at additional cost
