Parent & Child Acroyoga term two 2025
Event description
Focussed, fun classes for gaining strength, co-ordination & flexibility while your child builds confidence, trust, and communication skills.
Sessions will run for 60-minutes and include movement games & warm ups to keep focus & prevent injury, foundational acroyoga techniques, poses and flows, and end with cooling down/stretching & a moment of quiet time with your child.
If parents are interested in working together while children quietly read or play at the side this is another option.
Book as a child-adult pair: $22 per session for both of you, or $140 for all seven sessions. Suitable for school-aged children.
