A 4-week parent/child course to nurture bonds through mindful exercises, including yoga stretches, breathing techniques, music, story and guided relaxations. Join us to enhance connections to yourself and your child. A lovely way to foster a sense of community and support within a small group setting, learning key strategies to stay calm and focused in the present moment whilst having fun with your little one.
