Flow & Grow Family Yoga is coming to Adelaide!

Flow & Grow Family Yoga workshops are designed specifically to deepen the connection between parents/caregivers and their children

Each workshop is centred around a theme, which provides a lose framework for weaving together elements of play and storytelling, asana and mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, a dash of acro yoga, and each participant's own creative spirit.

Along the way, we'll release stress and anxiety, connect with our (inner) child, and strengthen body and mind.

This is neither kids yoga with adults 'tagging along', nor adult yoga with kids! No previous yoga experience is required.

Testimonials

"My 8 year old daughter and I have absolutely loved each and every aspect of Antje’s parents and kids yoga sessions. Each class we’ve attended has had a different theme which has captured my daughter’s imagination and sense of fun but what I have loved most is the chance to share yoga with my child, connect without outside pressures and look into each other’s eyes as we play, move, dance and rest! Antje is a warm, grounded, calm and professional yogi with a true gift for teaching and holding space for families." (Emmy)

"I've done a few different family yoga classes and Antje's recent class in Aldinga, SA, has been my favourite by far. She has such a lovely presence, and I love her emphasis on connection. I actually became a bit emotional in the final cuddle part of the session - it really emphasised for me how much we don't make time to just BE with our kids enough, especially 1:1. My 5yo LOVED it, and we both look forward to more classes!" (Nicole)

"Amazing parent/child workshop today. My son is so excited to return. Thank you Antje." (Torri)

This workshop will be held at YOGITA YOGA, Highgate (SA). It is suitable for parents, grandparents, and other significant caregivers with children aged 6 to 12. If your child is younger, please check out my 2pm workshop for 3-5 year olds. If you live south of Adelaide, please check out my workshops held at Aldinga.

As the focus is on one-on-one connection, a one child/one grown-up policy applies.
