Plenty of opportunities to connect with each other, and like-minded people from your community
Family Value Mapping & Ritual Creation – Dive deep into what makes your family unique, and create simple rituals to keep that connection alive every day.
Mini-Music Festival – A one-of-a-kind experience with dancing, drumming circles, face-painting, and a silent disco that will bring all the fun!
Breathwork and stillness (Parents only) – we’ll keep the kids busy while you take a moment for yourself!

Micky D – Movement Explorer (Silent Disco Host), Certified Breathwork Facilitator, and empowering Youth Advocate & Mentor
Dan – Talented Singer/Songwriter and Musician

NB: Mt Nimmel Hall is a beautiful heritage space located in the lush Austinville Valley, about a 15 minute drive from Robina Town Centre. Think bird song, tall trees, grassy areas, and nearby rockpools for a cool summer dip before or after the retreat!
