Parenting can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be challenging. Our parent programs offer a welcoming, supportive space for parents and carers to connect, learn and grow alongside

others who understand the realities of family life.

Drawing on evidence-informed programs including Circle of Security, Tuning in to Kids, Dads Tuning in to Kids, Bringing Up Great Kids Parenting Adolescents and Tuning in to Teens,

our groups help parents build confidence, strengthen relationships and create positive change at home.

Through these programs, you'll gain practical strategies to:

Better understand your child's emotions, behaviours and needs
Strengthen connection, communication and trust within your family
Support your child's emotional wellbeing and resilience
Respond to challenges with greater confidence and calm
Reflect on what's working well and build on your family's strengths

Led by experienced and caring facilitators, our groups provide a safe, respectful and non-judgemental environment where every parent's experience is valued. Many participants tell us that

one of the most powerful aspects of attending is learning alongside other parents, sharing ideas, gaining new perspectives and discovering they're not alone in the challenges they face.

Whether you're parenting a young child or navigating the teenage years, these groups offer practical tools, meaningful insights and opportunities for connection that can have a lasting impact

on family relationships.
