PARENTING SESSIONS - Empowering and supporting parents & caregivers to understand the growth and development of their young children (birth - 5years) - with Imogen from Connect.Ed.

Suitable for all parents and caregivers.

• Babies are welcome 
• Please book a ticket for every person attending. 
• Creche spaces are available at no cost, please register interest in creche, you will be contacted to confirm your place, these are not guaranteed upon booking.

What to expect:

Understanding Children's Behaviour: A Practical Guide for Parents and Caregivers

Understanding your child’s behaviour can feel overwhelming at times. This engaging workshop will help you make sense of your child’s emotions and behaviours, equipping you with practical strategies to support them in a connected and responsive way. We will explore:

• Understanding different behaviours (including big feelings!)
• Emotional regulation and co-regulation
• Practical strategies for supporting healthy behaviours

Whether you’re navigating everyday challenges or simply want to strengthen your connection with your child, this session will provide valuable insights and tools to help you feel more confident in supporting their emotional and behavioural needs.
