Feeding: Supporting Happy & Healthy Mealtimes
We understand that mealtimes can be a joyful connection point or a source of stress for families. This session will explore how to create positive, stress-free mealtimes while supporting your child’s healthy relationship with food. We will discuss:
- Understanding children’s eating behaviours
- Responsive feeding approaches
- Supporting children through food refusal and selective (or 'fussy') eating
- Encouraging independence and mealtime success
Whether you’re navigating selective eating or simply want to foster a positive approach to food and mealtimes, this workshop will provide practical strategies to support your child’s eating habits in a relationship-focused way.
