Supporting calm, confidence, and connection for parents and children through gentle breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness.

Event Description

A gentle, heart-centred class for children aged 7–10 and their parents, designed to cultivate calm, focus, and emotional awareness through slow breathing, meditation, and guided visualisation.

Held in The Calm Space studio at Rise Temple, Upper Burringbar, this nurturing monthly session helps children — especially those who are sensitive, easily overstimulated, or living with ADHD — learn simple tools to manage big feelings and feel safe in their bodies. Parents participate alongside their children, discovering how mindful breathing together can bring harmony and connection into the home.

What’s Included

10:00–10:10 AM — Arrival & Welcome
Settle into the calm of Rise Temple with soft music and gentle introductions.

10:10–10:50 AM — Breathwork, Meditation & Visualisation
A soothing, guided 40-minute session exploring conscious breathing and imagination, tailored to children’s natural curiosity and energy.

10:50–11:10 AM — Sharing & Reflection
An optional space for children to express how they feel or draw a reflection of their experience.

11:10–11:30 AM — Tea, Fruit & Connection
Parents are invited to enjoy herbal tea while children are offered infused water and fresh seasonal fruit — a gentle way to close the morning, ground the body, and connect with others.

Ongoing Support & Complimentary Nourishment

As part of your journey, you’ll receive access to the Children’s & Parents Library — a collection of morning and evening guided breathwork meditations designed to support calm, focus, and connection at home.

These guided practices help families continue what they’ve learned in class, integrating mindfulness into everyday moments — before school, during transitions, or before bed.

Amanda Jane — Certified Breath & Conscious Mindfulness Coach, Founder of Rise Temple.
Amanda brings a nurturing, intuitive approach to breathwork, helping families reconnect to presence and emotional harmony through the art of slow breathing.

Location: Rise Temple, Upper Burringbar (full address provided upon booking)
Group Size: Maximum 10 (5 adults and 5 children)
Age Range: Children aged 7–10 with a parent or guardian present

Pricing:
$66 for a parent and child

If there’s enough interest, additional monthly sessions will be opened to support more families while keeping the group small and personal.

Additional Children

Each booking is for one parent and one child to ensure a calm, connected, and balanced group environment.

If you’d like to bring an additional child, please contact Amanda Jane directly before booking to confirm availability. Additional cost per child will be $22.

Spaces are kept intentionally small to maintain harmony and personalised support for every family.
