It certainly is confusing right now, and you want to be the best version of YOU for your children, but you're losing your cool over the smallest things... you are so worried about the future - how to pay the bills, how to keep the kids occupied, simply how to relax and stay calm!

It seems the world has gone crazy, and it's catching...

You may be finding it really hard to stay in control... and you don't know why you're reacting like this...you may be experiencing pain that is strange, or your mind just can't stop, or you've lost your appetite, or your feeling hopeless...

You don't know how you got here, but you do know that something has to change!

You CAN stay calm in the chaos...You CAN feel in control again... You CAN understand your reactions!

You're not alone - parenting is overwhelming, it can bring out your worst side, as well as your best - sometimes you seem to loose it more than you love it...

...and especially how easy it is to 'lose ourselves' - suddenly you don't recognise yourself in the mirror ...

The school year is in full swing and suddenly the kids are at home and you're the teacher, juggling schoolwork, your work and MyGov!...you've become stressed out and frantic, and certainly not feeling the way you want to - with confidence and creativity!

You may not be able to control the chaos around you, but you CAN control your reactions, responses and thoughts and so live with calm and ease!

You CAN understand the root cause of your unwanted reactions...

You CAN discover the subconscious beliefs underpinning your unwanted automatic responses...

You CAN master the mind-body connection that controls your every second.
