Why This Event

Young athletes don’t grow in isolation — they grow within a system. Parents, players, coaches, and clubs all shape the environment that determines whether talent thrives or fades.

Nathan Lyon and David Stewart created this event to bridge elite sport and leadership development. It shares frameworks to support high performance, well-being and long-term success.

Who Are Nathan Lyon & David Stewart

Nathan Lyon brings the lived experience of a world‑class athlete who built his career from regional Australia to the international cricket stage.

David Stewart brings 35 years of coaching, leadership and organisational development across sport, business and education.

Together, they combine elite performance insights with practical leadership tools that families and clubs can use immediately.
