Description

The Parihaka Story is at the very heart of our history and heritage in Taranaki. In many ways it has shaped our sense of who we believe we are in Taranaki and the events here of 1881 and beyond resonate on into today.

Date: 20 October

Time: 4:30pm

Location: Make your way by car to gather in your cars at the main road – Surf Highway 45 – just north of Mid Parihaka Rd. We will proceed in convoy from there to Parihaka at 4.30 pm.

This event is free of charge, although koha is appreciated.

Numbers are strictly limited and pre-registration is required.
