This Meditation Session is for ticketholders of the Joe Dispenza Retreat which was cancelled yesterday but who - whilst incredibly saddened - courageously decided to stay on or still travel to the fabulous city of Paris.

It will be a 90min session in a beautiful Yoga Studio in the Eleventh Arrondissement of Paris.

We will have the luxury of space to lay down in, blankets to snuggle under and beautiful music to listen to whilst I conduct a very gentle restorative style of Yoga Class designed to remove stress from the physical body with longer held poses; each one serving as a mini meditation; before we settle into guided meditation and Savasana.

If you have any concerns about injury please message me directly.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring an extra layer and an eyemask.

I am donating my time and cost has been calculated just to cover fees and room hire. The room can only hold 20 people but if there is extra interest we can go to a bigger room of 40.
