Park Hyatt Sydney's 35th Anniversary 10-hands Chef Dinner

Park Hyatt Sydney will host a special five-course anniversary dinner in The Dining Room, celebrating the hotel's culinary legacy through a 10-hands collaboration.
The evening will bring together five chefs, James Viles, Executive Chef Tyson Gee and Executive Pastry Chef Callum Liddicoat including two guest alumni, Anthony Mussara and Alessandro Pavoni, both of whom held the Executive Chef title at the hotel in the early 2000s; all of them have played a significant role in shaping the hotel's culinary identity.
Together the chefs will craft a seasonal five-course menu alongside sommelier-selected wines.
A percentage of the proceeds from the dinner will be donated to the Heart Foundation, a cause personally significant to Alessandro Pavoni.
Tickets are $435 per person, with limited seats available.
