    A Learning Session for General Practitioners & Health Professionals 

    Topic: Updates in symptomatic therapies for motor and non-motor symptoms in Parkinson’s Disease.

    Tailored for General Practitioners and health professionals, this seminar provides the latest information and strategies for managing Parkinson’s disease, helping to better support patients.

    Guest speaker for this seminar is Dr. Michal Lubomski, a neurologist specialising in movement disorders, with a particular focus on device-assisted therapies for Parkinson’s disease. He will share the latest updates on symptomatic treatments for both motor and non-motor symptoms in Parkinson’s disease.

    Dr Michal Lubomski is a Neurologist with an interest in Movement Disorders, particularly in the use of device assisted therapies for Parkinson’s disease.

    He has completed his doctoral studies investigating the gastrointestinal microbiome in Parkinson’s disease, as a means to identifying a novel biomarker to assist in the diagnosis of the disease as well as to guide future treatment.

    Dr Lubomski has undertaken subspecialty training in Movement Disorders, Neurogenetics, Neuromuscular diseases and Neurophysiology. He practices as a Neurologist at Integrated Neurology in St Leonards and manages a wide variety of Neurological disorders, including patients who have undergone Deep Brain Stimulation surgery.
