Parliamentary Breakfast is the official parliamentary launch of International Women's Day. Held annually, the event is hosted by the Prime Minister of Australia, Anthony Albanese and Leader of the Opposition, Sussan Ley in support of UN Women Australia.

This International Women’s Day, join us at Parliamentary Breakfast in 2026 as we celebrate under the theme 'Balance the Scales'.

Balance the Scales is a promise that every woman and girl - regardless of background or identity - deserve to be safe, respected, and free to shape their own lives.
