Thank you for booking your Old Parramatta Gaol Ghost Tour! We can’t wait to welcome you inside the gates.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow time for check-in. Tours commence promptly at the advertised time.

A few things to know before you arrive:

This tour involves walking throughout the gaol and climbing stairs. As this is a historic site, you may also encounter uneven surfaces and areas with low lighting. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are essential.
Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather, as portions of the tour may take place outdoors.
For your safety, please remain with your tour group at all times. Wandering away from the group or entering areas not included in the tour is not permitted.
Gates will be locked at the start time and late attendees will not be able to enter.
Please follow all instructions given by your APPI guides and site staff throughout the evening.
Anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entry or asked to leave the tour.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted during the tour.
Please be respectful of the historic site, your guides and your fellow guests. Deliberately frightening other guests or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the tour.
And finally… ghosts are not guaranteed! Paranormal activity can never be predicted or promised, but we certainly hope the residents of Old Parramatta Gaol decide to join us during your visit.
