Blood on the Clocktower (Parramatta)

Come along for a fun night of bluffing, deduction and questionable accusations with Blood on the Clocktower, a supernatural murder mystery where death isn’t the end and every game tells a different story. Each game runs for approximately 30–90 minutes. Players are never eliminated, and new players can join even after a game has begun.

LOCATION

We’ll be playing in the new event space above Good Games Parramatta. Once you enter the store, head to the stairs at the back and go upstairs. Take the first door on your right, then continue to the end of the room—you’ll find us there. Chips and drinks are available to purchase from the shop.

RSVP your attendance! You must have a ticket to participate.

Confirm your attendance by RSVP for the event atleast 24 hours before the event, you may refund your RSVP before this time to allow waitlisted participants access to the ticket on the day.

It is FREE to participate, but a donation box will be available on site to support the on-going miscellaneous costs of running regular sessions, primarily for printing scripts and sheets, tags.

In Blood on the Clocktower, a script is the set of characters that can appear in a particular game. Think of it as the game’s character roster. The script tells players which Townsfolk, Outsiders, Minions, and Demons are possible, but not which ones are actually in play.

Different scripts create very different styles of games. For example, Trouble Brewing is designed for straightforward deduction and bluffing, while custom scripts can focus on things like alignment changes, madness, unusual deaths, or highly chaotic information.

So when someone says, “What script are we playing?”, they’re essentially asking: “Which collection of characters and mechanics are we using tonight?”

Trouble Brewing is the classic introductory Blood on the Clocktower script, built around deduction, bluffing, and unreliable information. It’s easy to learn but has plenty of depth, with poisoned players, hidden roles, and just enough misinformation to make every accusation feel uncertain. RSVP for this session if you are a beginner!

Punchy is a high-impact custom script for intermediate players, packed with powerful abilities, dangerous characters, and explosive interactions. Expect bold plays, unpredictable twists, and plenty of opportunities for both good and evil to turn the game on its head. Best suited to players who are already familiar with the basics of Trouble Brewing and ready for a more intense challenge!

Uncertain Death is a beginner-to-intermediate custom script that builds on the familiar foundations of Trouble Brewing while introducing multiple Demons, madness, and hidden allegiances. Expect familiar characters with new twists, unexpected deaths, and a more challenging game of figuring out which information you can trust. A great next step for Trouble Brewing players looking to explore more complex mechanics without jumping too far into the deep end!
