Parrots With Piercings, Chamber Lane & Sonic Death Rays: STOP OVERTHINKING IT Tour
Event description
On the back of their latest single LIANA, ChAMBER LANe has STOPPED OVERTHINKING IT and going on tour! Following successful shows in South East Queensland, these Sunny Coast Misfits are taking their indie-punk sound interstate. Known for ecstatic live shows, a mischievous attitude, and a nostalgic sound. The songwriting is highly praised for crafting clever hooks, and generating a mainstream sound, while still harbouring rebellious punk rock larrikinisms. Honest and transparent stories told through sing-along melodies and head-banging instrumentals.Â
They are stopping at THE FRONT with local legends Parrots with Piercings & Sonic Death Ray.Â
PARROTS WITH PIERCINGS: This Alt-punk duo has been making waves in the Canberra music scene with their unique sound and perspective. Their latest single, KINDA STRANGE is a testament to their ability to touch on universal themes while remaining deeply rooted in their Australian roots and everyday struggles. At the heart of their music is a deep connection to punk and alternative music, which they were surrounded by as children. Their influences are evident in their energetic live shows, which create an atmosphere that is both raucous and intimate. -Happy Mag
SONIC DEATH RAY: In an effort to try and come up with the perfect piece of music by combining the discographies of the Pixies, Talking Heads, Green Day, and Joy Division the mad scientist accidentally created the horrifying Sonic Death Ray. Get on this spaceship and get your blasters ready for music that will blast your eardrums and get you up on your feet.
