Over 45’s weight training for beginners.

This is ideal for the woman who are interested in weight training but not sure where to start.

We will focus on technique through a range of compound movements and building your strength and knowledge in an all women’s, safe environment.

Currently available at lunch time Tuesdays, this program is perfect for a lunch break workout with other likeminded women after similar goals of moving well as we grow older.
