Reconnect through gentle partner yoga, and learn soothing massage techniques in a nurturing and welcoming space.

This class is designed for 2 people, so please organise a companion to experience this with you. One ticket per person so we can ascertain exact numbers.

Please bring your own mat. Light refreshments will be provided at the end of the class.

What to expect:

90 minutes of yin style partnered yoga with effective, easy massage techniques. Focusing on connection, communication and assisting each other's well-being.

We will then have the space for 30 minutes, where refreshments will be provided and a time to ground and reflect on your practice.

Meet your hosts:

Natasha - a trauma informed, yoga practitioner with over 5 years experience and specialising in Yin Yoga and somatic practices.

Sean - a remedial massage therapist with over 10 years experience, with a keen interest in emotional and energetic elements.

We have combined our skill set to foster connection and care, and we are super excited for you to join us on the mat.
