Partnering Class with Alex and Fran
Event description
The class will be focusing on partnering work, with influences from contact improvisation, soft acrobatics and Fighting Monkey. Together we will explore the physicality, connection, communication and playfulness of our bodies and their relation to others and to space. We will mobilize our body, research our language of improvisation and play games. We will work towards partnering skills that can involve inversions, trust and coordination.
Each exercise will have variations. Open to all levels of experience.
