Partnering in Prevention Workshop - IPV/FDV [PVOGS x Zonta House]

Zonta House and the Pre-Vocational Obstetrics and Gynaecology Society (PVOGS-WA) present: Partnering in Prevention.

A workshop for healthcare workers seeking to support patients experiencing Intimate Partner Violence/Family Domestic Violence (IPV/FDV).

What will be covered: 

• Providing an understanding of IPV/FDV and how to identify and respond to it;
• Debunking widely held myths surrounding IPV/FDV;
• Examining what drives violence against women;
• Exploring the importance of active bystandership and practical ways to become an active bystander in both our workplaces and wider communities.
