Partnership for a Healthier Fairfax Spring Meeting

Please join us to learn how you can build community through health improvement and celebrate the 2025 Live Healthy Award winners who are exemplary in improving the health of the Fairfax community!

At this meeting, we will:

• present the progress on the new Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) and let you know how to get involved.
• conduct a Networking Activity to get to know others who are working to improve the health of the community!

Most importantly, we will honor the 2025 Live Healthy Fairfax Award recipients. The recipients are:

• Girls on the Run of Northern Virginia
• St. Matthew's United Methodist Church’s Ken Jackson Food Pantry
• Juana Cruz Martinez, Community Champion
