Hey @FirstName

You’re officially booked for Party Pilates – Healthy Rave and we are so ready to move with you! 🎉

This isn’t your average fitness class. It’s a full-body HIIT x Pilates x dance fusion — powered by music, movement, and mind-body energy.

Guided by Sarah-Rose Sparkles and soundtracked by Raw Ordio (Live DJ Set), you’ll sweat, flow, set intentions, and finish with a mini dance party that’s all about joy, connection, and letting go.
