Yoga & Meditation Classes

2023 Term 1 starts 31st January for 10 consecutive weeks.

Classes are a General Level 1 - 2 class.

Not too hard & not too easy. Level 1 is a foundation level and this class uses it as a base for the level 2 classical yoga poses. Suitable for beginners and people with yoga experience.

The classes offer you guidance in the practice of classical asanas (physical exercises) both passive and dynamic that will build strength and increase flexibility in the body; you will be guided to practice safely and begin to experience their deeper benefits on the nervous system, internal organs and glands, and the mind such as:
