Passata Making Day

The Passata Plot is ready to be bottled and we will need all hands on deck to get through the tomatoes. Join us to help pick, process and bottle up all of the summery goodness so we can have garden grown passata on our pizzas for the rest of the year. Alongside the passata, we will also learn how to make puffy Napoletana style pizza dough to eat at the Microforest Planting Day and Monthly Mingle on 19 April.
