Tour Colorado’s First Multi-Family Certified Passive House in Englewood

Sterling Builders, Shape Architecture, and Emu invite you to tour Colorado’s first multi-family Certified Passive House and learn from industry leaders in building science what all the hype is about. The Ogden St. Duplex from Sterling Builders is a pioneering project for the region. Passive House projects boast a 90% reduction in energy consumption over typical new builds, and are one of the clearest pathways to the levels of carbon and energy conservation needed to reach climate goals. Even more impressive, however, is that Passive House buildings ensure continuous filtered fresh air exchange, prevention of mold, and high indoor air quality – none of which is required by current building codes, but are essential to resiliency and occupant health.

The tour is in Englewood, CO. The address will be provided to all registrants the weekend of the event.

There will be three tours available on  Sunday afternoon. Each tour is limited to 20 attendees.
