Past Life Regression and Higher Self Connection for Abundance

Please Note: These workshops do not delve as deeply or extensively as a complete "in person" Quantum Hypnosis Sessions.

The workshop comprises three segments:

1. First we'll to some visualisation practice.

2. Then, we'll go on a journey to a Past Life.

3. Then we will journey to meet your Higher Self.

4. You will have a chance to write down your findings and integrate your learning.

5. Question and Answer time about Energy Clearing and Quantum Hypnosis.

6. Stay until the end for a special offer on 1:1 Energy Clearing sessions.

The process is akin to undergoing a guided meditation. Throughout the hypnosis process, you maintain full control, experiencing a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation once the workshop concludes.

For our online session, please ensure you have the following items nearby:

• Notebook and pen

• Water Bottle

• Eye Mask (optional)

Prepare your sacred space by following these steps:

• Establish a comfortable area where you can sit or lie comfortably.

• Enhance the ambience with candlelight or soft lighting.

• Dress in comfortable loose clothing.

• Set your intention before our session – are there any particular issues around abundance you would like guidance on? How would your life be different if you had the abundance you desire? What is holding you back?

• Silence your phone and any other devices.

• Ensure you won't be interrupted by anyone.

Other recommendations for preparation:

• Refrain from consuming coffee or alcohol prior to the workshop.

• Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water but make sure you use the bathroom just before we start.

• Ensure you have had a light meal or snack before we start.

• Approach the workshop with an open mind and without any preconceived expectations.

• Most importantly, be open, have fun and go with the flow!
