The workshop comprises three segments:

First we'll to some visualisation practice.
Then, we'll go on a journey to a Past Life.
Then we will journey to meet your Higher Self.
You will have a chance to write down your findings and integrate your learning.
Question and Answer time about Energy Clearing and Quantum Hypnosis.
Stay until the end for a special offer on 1:1 Energy Clearing sessions.

The process is akin to undergoing a guided meditation. Throughout the hypnosis process, you maintain full control, experiencing a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation once the workshop concludes.

For our online session, please ensure you have the following items nearby:

Notebook and pen
Water Bottle
Eye Mask (optional)

Prepare your sacred space by following these steps:

Establish a comfortable area where you can sit or lie comfortably.
Enhance the ambience with candlelight or soft lighting.
Dress in comfortable loose clothing.
Set your intention before our session – are there any particular issues around abundance you would like guidance on? How would your life be different if you had the abundance you desire? What is holding you back?
Silence your phone and any other devices.
Ensure you won't be interrupted by anyone.

Other recommendations for preparation:

Refrain from consuming coffee or alcohol prior to the workshop.
Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water but make sure you use the bathroom just before we start.
Ensure you have had a light meal or snack before we start.
Approach the workshop with an open mind and without any preconceived expectations.
Most importantly, be open, have fun and go with the flow!
