You begin the evening with a peaceful, serene, healing of sound through crystal bowls, connecting deeply to your body and breath. Using the frequency of pure quartz crystal, these sounds help to penetrate the energetic body to deeply to assist in these healings. Any blocks in the chakras, will help to be shifted

Breathwork - Also known as rebirthing enables you to move deeper within and release old trauma and frequently brings enlightenment to many areas of your life. It is a simple, yet profound conscious breathing technique. It is an active meditation used to clear stuck energy in the body, and re-connect you with your intuition.

We invite you to use the medicine within you, for you have the power to heal old wounds, cultivate a deeper, clearer connection with your authentic self, and experience a way of being that is lighter, more free, and in alignment with your soul's highest purpose.

When we clear stuck energy, and emotional blocks we also make space for creative energy to flow. Creativity is a powerful tool for piercing through your pain, letting go of the past, and shifting your life to a place of freedom, joy, peace, and love – organically opening to that childlike aspect of yourself, and welcoming imagination without fear or judgment.
