Rolling, filling, folding - pasta is an art, and wine is the perfect partner.
Join our Sommelier and Chef Jamie Fleming for an afternoon of hands-on pasta making, guided wine tasting, and a proper good time. You’ll learn two pasta doughs and three classic shapes, including one stuffed pasta that’ll have you looking like a legend at your next dinner party.
Each pasta comes from a different region of Italy and is paired with a varietal native to that region, but grown locally (within Australia). It’s tradition with a twist, made even better with the best Sunshine Coast produce and a table full of wine lovers.
Come hungry, leave happy, and take a few new tricks home with you.
