Pasta Pals is a virtual cooking workshop, where you will fulfill your dream of learning how to make delicious pasta from scratch. Our workshop will be led by chefs from two of Sydney's best Italian restaurants, Alex Major from Ragazzi and Brandon Jones from Totti's. Our chefs will teach you how to make and roll your own dough, create two unique pasta shapes (pici and cavatelli) and two simple yet classic sauces (cacio et pepe and pomodoro). The event will be held via Zoom from the comfort of your home on Sunday 11th October from 4pm – 6pm.

For this unique one-off event, we've partnered with Two Good Co., a local charity which cooks meals and donates self-care packages to women's refuges for domestic violence survivors, as well as hiring women from the shelters they serve as a stepping stone to further long term employment. All proceeds from Pasta Pals' tickets, raffle sales, merchandise and crowdfunding will go directly to Two Good Co. to support their mission. We have some amazing prizes such as cookbooks from Australia's top chefs, drink and restaurant vouchers, booze packs and a dinner set from Maxwell & Williams so be sure to add on those raffle tickets for a chance to win! This event is suitable for individuals of every skill and experience level - whether you're a wiz in the kitchen, or have only ever used $2 home brand pasta packs. All you will need is a few basic ingredients (no fancy equipment needed) and a can-do attitude, so join us for a fun event with a charitable cause and get ready to impress your pals with your new pasta making skills!
