Pat Donohue and Friends

Pat Donohue and Friends is a musical presentation featuring Grammy Award winning acoustic finger style guitarist Pat Donohue. As the guitarist for the “Guys All-Star Shoe Band” of Minnesota Public Radio’s A Prairie Home Companion, Pat got to show off his savvy licks and distinctive original songs to millions of listeners each week for 25 years.

Accompanying Pat in this show are 3 “Friends” with impressive resumes of their own including Minnesota Blues/Rock and Country Hall of Fame inductee PK Mayo, fellow alumni of the “All Star Shoe Band” Richard Kriehn and John Wright, a long-time-fixture on the Minnesota music scene who fronts his own bands, Galactic Cowboy Orchestra and Lehto and Wright.

This combination of talent creates an interplay that is a unique sum of all of these musical “Friends”.
