Centred around the themes of Letting Go and Moving On, this 2 hour journey focuses on releasing past hurts, grief, and pain, any limiting beliefs, old stories, imprints and behaviours, and limitations about self-worth and capabilities.

This journey will help you heal and move forward, tune back in to your inner wisdom and power, and foster a deeper level of self-trust and worthiness.

✨💛 Personally guided throughout by Olivia Jane, with the added vocal support of 9D Breathwork creator Brian Kelly, this intimate, personalised and empowering experience serves as a foundation for continued personal growth and connection.

What to Bring:
- wear loose, comfortable clothing. Dress warm in layers.
- a blanket, small/flat pillow and eye mask (or a face cloth folded in half makes a good substitute)
- water bottle
- a journal and pen
- most importantly, come with an open mind and heart
- yoga mats provided

Arrival Time:
Please arrive 15 minutes before the advertised start time to say hello and get settled in.

Preparation Tip:
Avoid eating heavy foods or drinking anything besides water before coming.

There a couple of health considerations to take into account before signing up.

aneurysms
epilepsy and seizures in the past
anyone taking heavy medication
severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia
bipolar
osteoporosis
recent surgery

People with asthma should bring their own inhaler and consult with their physician and breathing session instructor before participating.
Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis or any person with a mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support.

Olivia Jane - 9D Breathwork Facilitator + Trauma-Informed Coach

Olivia Jane is a trained primary school teacher, graduate of Elementum Coaching Institute as a trauma-informed Coach, Breath Masters and 9D Breathwork facilitator, and solo mother to her 2 year old daughter. She is passionate about combining these lenses to create lasting transformation and healing for fellow mums, within the school environment and in the wider Waikato community in New Zealand.

With an array of experience in NLP, Parts Therapy, Somatic Release Techniques, and Neuroscience Based Modalities, and the major life transitions that she’s navigated over the past few years, has created a unique set of skills and tools.

Today she is dedicated to sharing the immense healing and life-upgrading capability of 9D Breathwork, sharing her story and knowledge gained through her solo pregnancy and birth experiences and helping other mothers navigate their journey, while also working towards developing breathwork programs for schools.
