Guided Lamrim Retreat – the stages of the path meditations

This retreat is the perfect opportunity to be introduced to or deepen your experience of Lamrim meditation – the pathway to happiness.

Lamrim means stages of the path to enlightenment. This powerful series of transformative meditations reveal hidden spiritual truths that guide us to a more peaceful, meaningful life. Based on the special presentation in the book Mirror of Dharma, this retreat offers a wonderful opportunity to get an overall understanding of the stages of the path to enlightenment, which we can then integrate into your modern busy lives. Through gradually gaining experience and realizations of Lamrim, your mind will become deeply peaceful and aligned with reality. As a result, you’ll be able to solve your daily problems, free yourself from suffering and make yourself happy all the time.

All sessions will be guided by our Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Ani, and are suitable for all levels of experience.

Attend either a portion or the entirety of the retreat – you can register for individual days or the whole retreat.

Sessions are available via live-stream for members.
