Surf Coast Shire Council, in partnership with Pathways for Carers is proud to re-launch the Surf Coast Pathways for Carers walk in Anglesea in February, followed by monthly walks through to June 2023.
Pathways for Carers walks provide the opportunity for local carers to connect with each other, with nature and with selected guest speakers in a friendly, inclusive and welcoming environment. Carers can learn more about their local community and news, services and support available to them, while sharing and connecting with others on a beautiful beachside 25-30 minute walk, finishing with a Pathways for Carers funded morning tea at the wonderful 4 Kings Coffee & Food.
