Recorded in the depths of winter in 2023, the Patina EP is finally here and we are ready to share it with you all. Join us and our pals Meshky & Bower as we keep you entertained for a wonderful afternoon of live music at the Petersham Bowling Club.

Patina is a unique trio performing original compositions, drawn from folk influences from around the globe. Steeped in balkan, klezmer and tango sounds with a little folk-punk thrown in, their songs dance from one style to the next, from the sweet to the upbeat. Their innovative instrumentation features clarinet, accordion, foot percussion, euphonium, santur and a home-made electric banjo/guitar.

Lou, Kat and Meggie are Bower. With their roots in classical music, they built their Bower from a shared love of blending vocal harmonies, authentic songwriting and folk sensibilities, driven by a cosmic and comforting blend of female voices. Under 18s are welcome at the Petersham Bowling Club but must be accompanied by an adult.

Getting to The PBC! Access to the club and main stage is via 12 stairs at the front of the venue. We are not wheelchair accessible currently but we are working on it! There is free, untimed parking on the avenue and Brighton Street and drop off / pick up is available via our driveway.
