A movement workshop exploring the Body-Mind Centering® (BMC) developmental movement patterns as a source of support and expression in movement. Open to anyone with an interest in how we organize movement in relation to gravity and space, and how fluidity and breath can support strength, ease, and clarity of form. Based on the work of Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, BMC is a somatic approach to the generative and creative capacity of the body-mind.
