Patterns of Connection: Clingy, Ghosty & Somewhere in Between
Description
Ever wonder why you overthink a text, pull away when things get close, or feel calm one minute and spirally the next?
(It’s not because you’re “too much” or “bad at relationships.”)
This workshop is a gentle, playful dive into attachment styles — the invisible patterns that shape how we connect, cling, avoid, love, and protect ourselves.
Whether you’re single, dating, situationship-ing, or in a long-term relationship, this space is for you if you’ve ever:
Read too much into silence 👀
Wanted closeness and space at the same time
Felt “clingy,” “ghosty,” or emotionally confused
Wondered why relationships feel harder than they should
Over a two hour workshop- fit with matcha + snacks, we’ll explore:
Why you show up the way you do in relationships
How your nervous system affects connection
What “secure” actually looks like (hint: it’s learnable)
Practical ways to relate with more calm, clarity, and self-compassion
No labels. No fixing. Just understanding yourself better — and feeling less alone in it.
