Paul won the Best New Talent at the 1981 Golden Guitar Awards in recognition of the quality of his first album, Mountain Breakfast, distributed through EMI. His voice stirs the soul, and the release in 2000 of Paul's One Way Ticket album, Glenn A Baker was moved to say that the album contained a collection of "powerful and important Australian songs". He now has an immense dossier across the history of country music and specialties of the '60s to present a most heartfelt collection with Andrew Clermont, recently Golden Fiddle Lifetime Achievement and Awarded inducted into the SA Music Hall of Fame, Andrew Clermont. Andrew is also celebrating 25 years of his extraordinary Supper Club from here to Estonia! Armed with history and charm, they will perform pristine and essential country and fine spread of popular songs from the 30s to the 70s! Previously touring as The Apostle String Band !
