Helen's passion is health and wellness, empowering others to heal naturally. With 20 years experience in the health and wellness industry, Helen loves to teach and share her knowledge. Living in the beautiful SW of WA with her beautiful fur baby Halo, Helen enjoys the ocean, travelling, spending time in nature and quality time with friends and family.
